Q: Who is WargameTV ? And why aren't you selling TV's ?

A: WargameTV is a group of like minded gaming friends who are creating content about the games, unboxings, gameplay and how-to play videos 

We are building a network of regularly scheduled shows just like an old school TV station would - hence the name WargameTV

Q: When will my order ship ? 

A: ASAP ! Orders that are in stock and ready to ship usually hit the post office within a day or two, and then they begin their journey to you. Tracking is emailed on all orders, so that you can watch as it crawls out from our place to yours. 

Q: How do you ship ?

A: If the item is under 1lb we will use USPS first class mail, with Tracking. 

If the order is larger, we will use a variety of deliver options such as Priority USPS Mail,  FEDEX, UPS or DHL depending on the size and distance from our shipping location.

Q: Do you accept returns ?

A: For most items we certainly do ! If the item was a limited run, special order of something we do not normally stock or flash sale discount we might limit the time when returns can be accepted for full value - Any items or sales would have this listed in the description so that you are aware of any final sale items. 

Please contact us prior to sending anything back - that way we can ensure it is sent to the correct place and is tracked properly.
